Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
At Le Monash, we strive to ensure the product you receive matches the pictures shown on our site. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but quality and design remain consistent. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view your sales receipt in the confirmation email sent by Le Monash after your purchase. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or log into your Le Monash account to access your order history. Contact our support team for further assistance!
How can I return an item?
At this time, we do NOT offer a refund to the source account keeping in mind the time and labor that goes into each product. We only offer exchanges against a different size or store credit for the amount you have spent. If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size, we will exchange the size for you within 7 days of delivery of the garments. You can send your order back to us and we will ship the exchange piece at no additional cost. In case you don't like the product, we can issue a credit note which would be applicable to be used site-wide over a period of 1 year.Please note that we do not accept exchanges on accessories due to hygiene and safety concerns. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchase.
